రిటర్న్ మరియు క్యాన్సిలేషన్ నిబంధనలు (Return & Cancellation Policy):
నో రిటర్న్ & నో క్యాన్సల్: మా షాప్లో ఆర్డర్ చేసిన వస్తువులకు ఎలాంటి క్యాన్సిలేషన్ లేదా రిటర్న్ (వెనక్కి తీసుకోవడం) సౌకర్యం లేదు.
50% అడ్వాన్స్ నిబంధన:
కస్టమర్ ఆర్డర్ పెట్టేటప్పుడు కట్టిన 50% అడ్వాన్స్ మరియు 100% కొరియర్ ఛార్జీలు ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ వెనక్కి ఇవ్వబడవు (Non-Refundable). ఒకవేళ మీరు డెలివరీ తీసుకోకపోతే, ఆ అడ్వాన్స్ డబ్బు కొరియర్ నష్టానికి కింద జమ చేయబడుతుంది.
రవాణా డ్యామేజ్ మినహాయింపు:
కొరియర్ లేదా ట్రాన్స్పోర్ట్లో వచ్చేటప్పుడు వస్తువు విరిగిపోతే (Damage అయితే) మాత్రమే వేరే వస్తువు పంపబడుతుంది (Replacement). దీనికోసం పార్సిల్ ఓపెన్ చేసేటప్పుడు మొదటి నుండి చివరి వరకు ఎలాంటి కటింగ్స్ లేకుండా “అన్బాక్సింగ్ వీడియో (Unboxing Video)” కచ్చితంగా తీసి మాకు వాట్సాప్ చేయాలి. వీడియో లేకపోతే డ్యామేజ్ క్లెయిమ్ ఒప్పుకోబడదు.
ముఖ్య గమనిక: దయచేసి నిజంగా అవసరం ఉన్న లోకల్ టెక్నీషియన్లు మరియు కస్టమర్లు మాత్రమే ఆర్డర్ చేయండి. “దయచేసి మీ మరియు మా విలువైన సమయాన్ని వృధా చేయకండి.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
No Return & No Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
The 50% advance payment and 100% shipping charges paid today are strictly non-refundable. If the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the advance amount will be forfeited to cover the return courier losses.
Transit Damage Policy (Replacement Only):
Replacement is only applicable if the product is damaged during transit. To claim a replacement, the customer must record a continuous, unedited “Unboxing Video” from the very beginning of opening the parcel. No claims will be entertained without a proper unboxing video.Important Notice: Only genuine buyers and technicians are requested to place orders. “Please do not waste your and our valuable time.”
